About me

I am a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Department of Biostaistics in Harvard School of Public Health. Mentored by Prof. Xihong Lin, I am working on statistical and computational problems in analysis of genomics and 'omics data. My broad research interests include statistical genomics, genetic epidemiology, high dimensional data analysis, correlated data analysis, Bayesian statistics, computationally intensive mothods, statistical computing, machine learning, and survival analysis. I am also actively involved in various collaborative projects with experimental and clinical investigators.

In 2010 right before coming to Harvard, I received my doctorate degree in Computational Biology from Cornell University after four-year studies supervised by Prof. Carlos D. Bustamante (now at Stanford School of Medicine).
